Can you be the catalyst for change? Can you be the one who goes the extra step? The one who over delivers? The one who steps beyond the corporate mandate? The one who thinks beyond whats possible? The one who pioneers new ideas in a stagnant setting? The one who is able to work within complex boundaries and still create something ground breaking?
Can you be the catalyst to drive change not just for yourself, but for those around you and your organization as a whole?
It takes guts, it takes hard work, and it takes the ability to dive into situations knowing you might not make it back unscathed. It’s certainly possible. It’s certainly difficult and it’s absolutely rare. But, when it works - it can be a fulfilling, deep learning experience.
