Brands are built and cultivated. Their honed and refined. They'reexposed and brought out into the wild. People experience the brand. They absorb it. The judge it. They either buy in or they move on.
Some brands lose their way. They pander to a mass audience. They forget why they exist. The forget what made them special. People who follow the brand may complain of the change - people who work on the brand may want to change the brand.
It's people. It's not the market. It's not the economy. It's people.
